Winter Fun Sew Along!

For this Block Wednesday sew along I Celebrate the Fun things we do during the winter! I have great memories from my childhood and lots of more recent ones that I'm bursting to share with you during my fun 10 week long Block Wednesday.

For each block I have a topic and share a personal story to go with it.

I am all about Blue and White for winter, and since we'll be done first week in Dec I can get this quilted to enjoy in January for my decorating!

Much of what I am using was sold out, but there is yardage and you can select a different light and a different blue if you love this fabric. If you sew with a buddy you can buy a 1/2 yd bundle and split it

ONE Layer Cake or 1 Fat Eight bundle
2 yds of a light for background
2 yds of blue for the border

If you want to pick up some of the same fabric I'm using it's at this link The Royal Blue fabric line

You can of course use your stash or use another fabric line. A FQ Bundle works or ONE layer cake.

Background on Block Wednesday

I design, write, create, and sew along with you USING a Bundle of Fabric, a background and then a border to finish it off.
My Wednesday sew alongs are a mystery filled with SIMPLE and FUN blocks. The block does not LOOK like what I'm talking about.
I make the block each week using the bundle, I don't know in advance what fabric goes where. My Free Wed sew alongs are not planned out in advance, I do them to be creative and have fun! You can see all the prior ones HERE
