These are normal pdfs, but now days there are about 8 million technology interface combinations and an update or lack of an update on your end can change something.
So here are things that have worked for others
- Change devices, if on your phone go to your laptop / desktop .. if on a tablet change to the webversion and not the app. That will most likely fix it for you. Phones update constantly so changes can affect how you do things via the app
- Change browsers - chrome works for most people
- Download to your computer then open & print
- Update your pdf reader
- Reboot your computer
- Clear cookies
- If purchasing a download pattern from me you will get an email to do the download from
- If all this fails, contact your local tech support to troubleshoot the issue.
- Or have someone else print it for you
