I thought very hard about the colors for my block this time... and wish I was working in Black & White today because...
The Salt & Pepper shaker are 'on the kitchen table' today!
AND be sure you look at the cool repeat block I show you in the pattern. I really want to sew one up.
This is the darling beehive salt shaker I bought. I think it would also be super cute to have a bunch of them to store buttons & trims in!
Of course I had to look for them... found a ton HERE, and oh my gosh.. some shaped like a beehive!
To pick the colors for this one I pulled white first. Then I decided to sort the block with the ones that had green, the ones with blue.. and the ones with pink only. There were not many blue ones, thus, a Blue block. Then the white looked too stark so i used the medallion cream with the pink & green which I'm really happy with.
