I had fun thinking about this weeks topic and would love for you to share some stories... the GOOD ones.. wink!

Block #12 is 'Family Reunions!'
Do you have them now? In the past? Do you have a super favorite story about where Uncle Harry did... mmmm.. maybe that isn't a good one to share.. haha!
Share your Family Reunion story with me in the comments.... and keep reading...I have a tip for you on fussy cutting

I decided it was a pineapple kind of day, so I fussy cut them by placing the ruler JUST under the stems before I cut.
to duplicate this for any fabric,
- Pick a spot on a fabric that you can see on each, like the area under the pineapple rim.
- Line up the ruler
- Be sure the fabric is going the same direction for each one you cut.

And I like to audition the block before sewing
It helps me keep the pieces in the right order since I wanted ALL the pineapples to go the same way except one.
Can you spot the renegade?

Putting just the block in repeat, then turning it gives a great alternate image.
I'd LOVE to do this one so I can play with color to create an alternate image, I have a coloring page too so you can try out combinations.
